My 6 month doesn't even bat an eye when I use this on her nose. She LIKES it! You see the results when you bend the nozzle to empty the disposable reservoir; believe me, it's working!!! So quick, painless and best of all nothing to clean afterwards thanks to the disposables (I use one disposable reservoir tip for a day). I would buy these as baby shower gifts for sure.
I LOVE CLEANOZ!

I bought this product for my daughter who has had horrible time breathing when she gets sick. This product worked perfectly and was
able to alleviate my daughter struggling to breathe. All I did was drop a
few drops of saline solution in her nose to loosen up the snot, and then I used the Cleanoz. It was great. I had to use it a couple more times that day to help her keep breathing well. And the best part was that at the end of the day, I threw away the nozzle. I didn't have to clean anything. The next day she was still a little congested and so I used a new nozzle piece, and it worked great again. Thank you for making such a great product. She actually likes it now when I use the Cleanoz. She HATED the bulb syringe.
This product is a lifesaver

After fighting with the bulb aspirator on my 9 month old twins, I went on a hunt to find something better. I stumbled onto Cleanoz and it works wonders. My fear with the bulb was that it went too far up into the nasal cavity; Cleanoz comes with disposable nose tips that fit perfectly my baby's nostril. I can quickly suction her nose. Since my daughter is in daycare, she is either always congested or has a runny/stuffy nose; this aspirator gets the job done quickly and harmlessly. It is definitly a must have in your baby tool box.
The best product on the market!

My 6 months old baby had the flu a couple of weeks ago and I was so happy about the results I got with my Cleanoz! I don't really get where the previous bad reviews come from since it's been so easy for me to clean my baby's nose... If you used it properly you'll be surprised by the results you'll get on your baby: he doesn't cry during the whole process, it's fast and efficient, your little one breathes much better, all it takes is 2 seconds!
I would definitely recommend this product to any parent...
And to the angry one who posted the bad review, I would say: be patient! you're not trying to clean a little animal's nose, we're talking about your baby, give him a break! if you think he is too fussy and it's not the right time to use your cleanoz, stop and try again in 15 minutes ... what baby never cried with his bottle in the mouth? did you drop the bottle too?
Must purchase this item

Absolutely one of the best purchases we have ever made for our son. He has transformed from a screaming crying mess to actually being happy and excited to have his nose cleaned. We used to use the bulb and he would throw a huge fit but now he actually smiles and holds his head back for us to insert the sucker tip. I cannot recommend this product enough!
Works well, but not a miracle worker

I used this with my 1-year-old son last winter, and it worked pretty well. It was absolutely necessary to use saline solution a few minutes before suctioning. The suction is very gentle so the mucus needs to be thinned before using the aspirator. The motor is kind of loud and made my son wary of it (although he was more upset about having to be still). Overall I found it to be a step up from the bulb syringe, but not a miracle tool.
Good clean nasal aspirator

If you know how to use it this is a good nasal aspirator. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of five stars is because it is sometimes difficult (but not impossible) to empty the balloon. According to the instructions you are supposed to bend the tip with your finger. When it works well you get a lot of mucous in the tip and balloon and this clogs the tip temporarily. At times I have bent the tip, the balloon did not empty, only to come back in 1 to 2 mins and it had emptied itself.

I think this is a great product and I am really glad I bought it and glad it's out there. I can't imagine using the type you have to suction with your mouth, and I can't stand the bulb that has who knows how much old mucous still inside, and no way to clean it out. This is a good investment.
Nasal aspirator

I have used this aspirator on my 10 month old daughter and it works great. She had a terrible cold and her nose had been getting chapped from all the wiping. This was a much better solution. I love that it comes with lots of refills.
Completely Useless

This product does not preform as easily and efficiently as the manufacturer states. The major problem is that it only allows for a short blast of suction. And by "short" I mean only 2 seconds at best. And the suction level is incredibly low; no where near enough to get the job done the way they say it should. I get better results from the the bulb aspirator we brought home from the hospital.

The design is uncomfortable and awkward; it makes you work at angles that don't come naturally. I'm not sure what they mean by "dolphin" design other than the look. Why they feel this shape should make things easier is beyond me. But whatever the reason...don't be fooled into thinking this is some kind of revolutionary design concept. The fact is the aspirator doesn't fit naturally or comfortably into your hand or your baby's nose.

And last, the "disposable reservoir nozzle" is nothing more than a plastic tip with a water balloon attached to it. And when I say, "water balloon" that's what I mean. They have taken an actual water balloon and attached it to the removable nozzle and that is where the waste from your baby's nose is suppose to get sucked into. Look closely at the picture; those pink things attached to the tips are the water balloons. As the vacuum (and I use that term loosely) sucks air, it draws air into the water balloon and when the balloon expands enough it then plugs the hole of the vacuum, essentially stopping the suction from going any further. That's how they stop the aspirator from actually going long enough to suck anything of consequence out of your baby's nose.

Very disappointed in the product, but even more disappointed in myself for being fooled by their play on words in advertising. My bad for falling for it.
Complete Waste of Money

I have tried to use this several times on my 4 month old since he developed nightly congestion that was causing him to stay awake. I liked the idea that each tip is only used once, which seems more hygenic than other models. When using the device, the inflatable balloon that is supposed to catch the mucus fills up the chamber within 2 seconds of beginning suction. Once that is done, you must squeeze the tip to release the air. It took 10-15 times of repeating this process to get a noticeable amount of mucus in the balloon. Also, if mucus clogs the tip, it is hard to deflate the balloon and mucus comes out of the tip (so much for a hygenic product when that happens). I went back to the bulb syringe provided by the hospital, but I am back at Amazon today looking for another solution. My husband calls me the "gadget queen". I guess I lived up to my name on this one, but it is more gimmick than gadget. Wish I had saved my money.
